About the event

Join us for a fun, free, hands-on Seed Planting Workshop at the Kimberley Public Library, hosted in collaboration with the Kimberley Edible Gardens & Greenhouse (KEGG) and the Wildsight Kimberley Community Garden.

This workshop will focus on the basics of seed starting and local gardening, with participants able to plant seeds to take home and grow. There will also be opportunities to ask questions, share gardening tips, and learn more about locally tested gardening practices suited to our region.

All supplies will be provided, including seeds and seed-starting materials.

Whether you’re an experienced gardener or completely new to growing food, this FREE workshop is open to all ages and is a great way to get started for the growing season.

The workshop will take place upstairs in the Kimberley Public Library Reading Room.

Space is limited, so registration is required.
