The KEGG Garlic Sale is back! 🧄
Kimberley Edible Gardens & Greenhouse (KEGG) planted some extra garlic last fall to make sure there would be enough to hold another public garlic sale — and this year’s crop is ready to go!
KEGG’s garlic is grown right at the community garden in Kimberley’s Townsite neighbourhood, year after year using bulbs saved from the previous harvest (hello seed saving!)… and you can pick some up to enjoy in the kitchen, or plant some in your own cold-climate garden this fall for next year’s crop (or maybe a little bit of both).
